Choose
a Property and Select Space
for which you wish to build a Lease Analysis Model.
After a space is selected the Space Card will display as shown below, click on the Create Lease Analysis button to create the model. You will be prompted to input a Prospective Tenant. Lease Analysis will then open and the new model will be displayed and automatically populated with all the available information in CoStar for that space. The model will initially be built from a Perspective, either Tenant or Owner, based on your CoStar Profile.
The model will automatically be assigned a Deal Name and a Model Name. The Deal Name defaults to the Prospective Tenant and Floor/Suite and the Model Name defaults to Lease Proposal. The Deal and Model Names can be changed by clicking on the Model Name in the Header, using the Rename Option on the More Menu on the Model List Page, or by editing the Model Details available on the More Menu when viewing a model.
The model Header displays the Address. Deal, and Model.
